When someone is wrapped so tightly they lose all balance and control. This is where LB became very importan and I instructed him as W/we went where to focus his hold. I also cut out the marked regions and removed them for good access. I then finished the head adjusting the breathign hold and teasing him by blocking it.

At this point I needed a 5 minute break. So mummygirl was called over to say a quick hello to PD and admire My work, and she stayed with LB while I used the bathroom, and touched up My hair and makeup and took a breather before moving on to the catheter. The only part I have forgotten to add is that My designs are often crazy, rather out there and different. Often I am executing them for the first time. Then i chose a new approach to patch up the damage to the furniture :P It happened once more later on and at that point I just relieved the pressure and did not patch up as time was needed for other play.

That really is it, after when i cut him out I just had him lie there and reajust. After some time slowly sitting up, checking for any signs of dizziness. Time was spent moving and stretching limbs, and finally a shower followed by more moving and stretching and of course kissing Mistress's feet and heels which by that point sadly nail polish had scraped off from all My crawling round on the floor and I had specks of cardboard and duct tape on My stockings but I doubt My PD thought his Mistress was any less special for those things :P Then the usually big good bye hug and off he went with his big cheery smile.

In the end I used I do not know how much wrap, but 7.5 rolls of 30 meter silver duct tape, and a small amount of white cloth tape.

So I thought since I asked him to right a journal post about it, that I would do the same.

So where to start as a lot of you know I love mummification among about 100 other things I am equally passionate about. I am lucky enough that I have found a few avid fans here in NZ who come to be mummified by Me. I have mummified prymdhd a few times now his last feature been a seated black and yellow bumble bee mummification with some needle play. We have done standing, seated, and laying down mummifications. The first thing was padding with muslin cloth the ankles, wrists, areas that you need to protect and adding in bubble wrap too. Then wrapping the whole body in clear palette wrap to protect from the duct tape later. Then starting at the bottom I tightly and carefully wrapped and wrapped from top to bottom. The first layer was not the tough one it was what PD is used too. I could do it to him alone. So during that time i had him sing Me a song which he failed at but LB did a better job. I caned him a few times and never missed a chance to torture his nipples or balls while asking for expansions on theories on lake vostok, politics, world war and various other things I demanded answers too... often My answer was uh umm which got a quick ouch instead. I find that part very much key to the sessions I have with PD. He enjoys the banter, My teasing, and often I make him laugh so hard he struggles to stop. It is a good way to get the basics done and to relax him enough he forgets once he is immobile I will be able to do whatever I want. i had to distract him his face at the mention of catheters, enemas, butt plugs, electro, and predicaments made him go pale.

So quickly the first layer was on and then i decided to add in handles. I placed two pieces of heavy bamboo on each side and then wrapped him again in clear wrap. Then came the hard part.. This is the very tight wrapping and he had never experienced the rigidness that comes with it..

Queries about extreme medical play: - episode scrotal infusion

I had a call from a potential client today asking about scrotal infusion this I found rather disturbing as it was recommended by another Professional Dominatrix. I am very surprised that someone as experienced as Mistress Dior would recommend someone to Me for such an extreme activity. This as someone whom appears relatively new to BDSM, let alone edge play or to go to the level of scrotal infusion. Therefore I emailed the gentleman back and asked him to read My rather lengthy email which includes information anyone considering this activity should have. I always take the time to inform people of activity risks, I am glad to see most have at least tried to inform themselves or are prepared to take the time to research, learn and ask the questions that will make them a good candidate for a session. So in keeping with this interlude while I took the time to write up this information I will share it with the blogosphere..

Risk in scrotal infusion or other saline infusion and generally useful for medical play safety.

All areas of medical play that go beyond a check up and prostate examination are going to carry a level of risk. I expect any clients wishing to explore more extreme play to be aware of the risks involved and to make an educated decision on whether to pursue such activities. As you have requested the information I am taking the time to provide you with everything I think you should know. Please do your own research and do not just take My word. I am going to write a blog with this information for others again with a warning about pursuing such activities lightly.

I may sound rather off putting with this information, but while such play is generally done safely in experienced hands one never knows if something might go wrong. You need to be able to be aware of the signs of infection and to be aware of what is normal following such play and to go to a doctor if you notice any of these signs. Are you familiar?

The key areas are sterile practice, been aware of cross contamination, understanding when something from a sterile pack is no longer sterile. There must be full barrier protection with a sterile bed sheet not simply a sterile insertion site. A gown, hat and mask should also be worn. A surgical scrub should be used on the skin surface area like chx. Saline must be not expired and must be from a fresh unopened bag and the correct saline for IV infusion. Saline infusions are reabsorbed variable on each individual, some can reabsorb within a day while others can maintain for 2 to 3 days. Are you prepared to go to work or home to a partner with swollen balls?

Potential risks involved are:
gas embolism (not removing the air from tubing)
infection at IV site (from unclean needles meaning anything touching them after the sterile cap is removed, non sterile gloves, unclean skin, etc) infections not noticed can also lead to gangrene or scrotal cellulitis, as the area is in the groin and near the perineum and anal entrance, there are close sources of both aerobic and anaerobic bacteria.
inserting the needle in the scrotal wall instead of beneath it.. this will cause painful separating of the layers. Knowing the anatomy of the scrotum is important as well as making the person aware of what they should expect to feel so they may inform you if otherwise. If this is the case a fresh needle can be reinserted correctly.
inserting the needle into the scrotum NOT the testicle.. that is a huge page of risks all on its own. If you are not certain that you and the person you are playing with knows the difference you should not go ahead.
If you have high blood pressure there are potential additional side effects. Changing the water level in your body can have potentially negative side effects. It is possible it may cause your heart to work hard. You should not do saline infusion if you have high blood pressure. You should know your blood pressure status prior to doing considering doing saline inflation. Do you know yours?
The electrolyte level changes cause by infusing large volumes of saline into the body can be negative. It may cause shortness of breath, cause you to be light headed or dizzy. These effects may persist for several days until the saline is reabsorbed or until your body returns electrolyte levels to “normal.” This can be a very uncomfortable feeling of anxiety and can be somewhat scary. Electrolyte imbalance can be helped by using sports drinks or gastrolyte packs from the pharmacy. I always insist on these been used after heavy enema or saline infusion sessions.

Unknown risk factors:
The effects of saline infusion on the testes and sperm production and fertility are not know. It is possible that saline infusion may negatively affect the production of sperm/semen.
Saline infusion “may” negatively affect your testosterone levels. Effects on testosterone production are not known. It it possible it may decrease your testosterone levels. There are no studies on this - but it is a possibility.

So there W/we are.. An introduction to the world of saline infusion. Saline infusion and inflation of the scrotum and breasts can be an exiting and rewarding experience for the medical fetishist. It is one though that should only be done when aware of all the risks. Both parties should be informed and able to monitor the play. I have known many people into this and even with all precautions and knowledge infections do occur from time to time. Finally able to update.

Earthquake Update - Mistress Venom Still Open for Business

It was scary as shit last night - woke up everything creaking and moving like the original these were long quakes lasting over 30 seconds not exactly sure.. it was middle of the night. Luckily power stayed on... they have begun demolishing hundreds of buildings and started rebuilding roads but cash flow is now a huge issue for most people and the reality of it all is kicking in hard - no idea whats going to happen for so many people with no incomes coming in.

Scary the aftershocks last night - thought power would go out again... staying in today not risking been out now that supplies are stocked up and have water and power.

Happy to say the Dungeon and Medical Klinic have survived and nothing broke except for a candle holder. So keeping the dungeon open.. but will see what happens there. So Christchurch at least still has their Dominatrix.. Me.. Mistress Venom prepared to punish and humiliate to distract from what has happened!

Glad to see everyone I know is ok and survived! The maid and bitch maxine are unharmed and maid has done all the cleanup and will have some more to do at the dungeon likely after last night.. Mistress then decided that i was to take a second punishment for not waking Her at the right time, this was to be 10 strokes on each buttock, and then Mistress left miss maxine and myself to talk. maxine was explaining about the way she copes with pain and the role of a senior slave to a junior slave which was very interesting. Mistress returned and began My punishment giving myself reasonably long breaks in between cuts which i certainly appreciated as Mistress did not have to do this if She did not want too, after i had taken my 20 strokes from mistress I was allowed to stand there with Mistress admiring Her handy work.

After a quick break Mistress took us both into the medical room and we found out we were going to have a bit of needle play done on us, and to find out by Mistress about how to keep everything sterile and safety awareness around needles. First it was maxines turn and Mistress put iodine and another substance on miss maxines body explaining about the importance of hygeine. After about half an hour and 24 needles later it looked very tidy and precise. Mistress then removed the needles and then it was my turn.

Halfway through i was really feeling the pain so Mistress and miss maxine gave me some very helpful advice like trying to think outside of my body and of happy times to focus on. Anyway Mistress carried on inserting the needles until it formed the letter V. Afterwards i felt stink about what happened with myself having a bit of a breakdown with the needles, because I felt I had ruined Mistress's night.

After this we all went back to the lounge area where Mistress said that both miss maxine and myself were very well behaved and because of this She made small reductions to some of the owed punishments we both have coming. All in all it was an enjoyable and memorable night thank you very much Mistress."

-It was indeed a fun evening, and with bitch maxine behaving after the stern talking to last week about behavior and responsibility if she wished to have the title of senior slave. It was an important evening as the maid goal was to help the maid progress in training and to learn to better manage pain. The needle play was good for both of them and I was proud of both My girls who are really beginning to show the prolonged effort put into their separate trainings. Sometimes you have a session like some I wrote about in My previous blog post where the chemistry and type of play leads to a totally mind blowing experience. This time it was one of My regulars, a client who I have seen many times over the past year or so. It is one of My clients who enjoys Strong Females. The target a much hated thief who had fled Moscow some 10 years earlier when My character was just young and still in training. It finished up with a passionate outpouring of anger and evil tauntings and interrogation. Degrading and verbally abusing the final target before stabbing and play acting his kill in traditional Russian mafia killing style. As the session finished there was a heady rushing feeling, a complete high from knowing just how amazing it was. The feeling was mutual with My client saying it was the most amazing session ever experienced and that My ability to play the Russian hit woman pretty much drove him crazy! It really was fantastic and W/we plan to repeat the session W/we enjoyed it so much. It always helps that I have traveled so extensively around the world and that i have such an extensive knowledge of cultures and other countries. My linguistic talents really help with role play like this as I find it easy to pick up accents. Having a good knowledge of most languages it is great to be able to mix languages in with English.

Either way, it has reminded Me just now to reply to his earlier text thanking Me again for the session. For those of you who enjoy fantasies of powerful, evil, strong women.. Maybe it is time to consider this type of session and role play!!

Messy play in the Medical Klinic

Well it has certainly been a week full of messy play and the medical room has been made good use of! As I lost My old blog, it is time to begin updating this one with more regularity. I have had a busy couple of weeks as I moved homes, this explains the lack of posts. I am sure i will soon make up for the lack of new content.
